I love this entire group. I have a lot of pets and they have been wonderful with all of them both with basic care and with more time sensitive situations. They even helped out with my dog who got extremely ill when we were out of town, working with the pet sitter to get him the care he needed while staying in communication with us and the sitter. They are fantastic!

Unfortunately, after years of trusting this practice with our dogs, we’ve made the decision to move their care elsewhere. If your pet is healthy and just needs routine care, our experiences were generally fine. However, if your pet has a more complicated medical issue and you need thorough, knowledgeable care that you can trust, I would recommend going elsewhere. Our dog Bruno tested positive for Ehrlichia this year, and we discovered his 2025 IDEXX result had also been changed from negative to positive. We were never notified or given the opportunity to discuss treatment or follow-up. Dr. Anseth completely missed this result, and it went unaddressed for over a year. The practice says they were not notified by IDEXX of the change, and we are still waiting for a written explanation. We also found our recent conversations with Dr. Kim extremely frustrating. We left with more questions than answers, felt she talked in circles, and there was very little room to actually ask questions or understand our options. Ultimately, this experience completely broke our trust in the practice. We’re moving all of our dogs to another veterinarian and wish we had done so sooner.
